Today, all of our operations utilize the same procedures which are based on the ISO 9001 certified procedures. Every major project is "audited" to ensure compliance with those procedures and with the customer's contract terms and conditions.
ISCO has established a policy to control the quality of its projects by writing "execution plans" tailored to meet the requirements of the client and that particular project. Each project is unique in its requirements and as such it is very difficult to categorize these requirements into standard procedures. A practical and efficient way of improving quality is for individuals to fix problems on the spot rather than wait for someone else to correct the problem. This initiative is continuously encouraged.
