Comprehensive high pressure boiler services like preventive and predictive maintenance practices or retrofitting/revamping of boilers with capacities ranging from 525 to 1,000 t/hr (134 to 300 MWe) and pressure rating from 80 to 175 bar  in power plants.

Repair or replacement of boiler tubing incl. furnace tubing, superheater/economizer coils and headers.

Maintenance or refurbishment of boiler drums, vessels and auxiliary storage tanks
Maintenance of combustion systems, incl. oil/gas burners.

Heat exchanger services including removal of tube bundle, cleaning, repair and re-insertion
Maintenance of boiler rotary equipment, e.g. Forced and Induced Draft Fans,  Flue Gas Recirculation Fans, Rotary Air Pre-Heaters (maintenance or replacement of baskets, seals, drive units, etc.), Boiler Feed Water Pumps and other dosing pumps.

Maintenance of hand operated and motor operated valves as well as control valves.

Comprehensive service on extraction cum condensing type steam turbines of capacity ranging from 150 to 300 MWe of Toshiba or MHI make.

Overhauling and maintenance of all auxiliary systems, e.g. lube and seal oil systems.

Maintenance of relevant Instrumentation and Control systems.

Major maintenance activities of all critical stationary and rotary equipment. Repair and replacement of tower distribution trays, heat exchanger bundles (pulling out, testing and boxing up), maintenance of pumps and compressors as well as coolers, blowers and hand or motor operated valves.

Workshop related activities like tube bundle repairs, machining and dynamic balancing of rotary equipment components, safety valve pressure testing, and prefabrication of high-pressure pipelines.

Providing maintenance planning services including scheduling and of Major Refinery Turnaround and Block shutdowns.

Execution of major refinery turnaround and block shutdowns
Replacement or renewal of pipelines including high pressure and high temperature pipelines.

Maintenance of electrical installations inside the Refinery, including maintenance of transformers, HVAC, switchgears, motors, lighting, and substations.

Maintenance of Instrument and Control systems including all control valves.

Supply of skilled and unskilled manpower.

Supply of equipment and machinery.

Maintenance of Multi Stage Flashing (MSF) Distillation units of individual capacity ranging from 5 to 12.5 MIGPD ( 22,820 to 57,050 tons of distillate water per day).

Major revamps and upgrades of Distillation units, e.g. replacement of water boxes and tube bundles incl. replacement of brass tubing with titanium tubing.

Maintenance of rotary equipment, e.g. brine, sea water, distillate water horizontal and vertical pumps

Maintenance of sea water intake facilities incl. rotary or traveling screens.
